Throughout our history, we have established a strong national presence with more than 70 branches across the Mexican Republic. Job Objective: To transform customer needs into clear service orders, ensuring a professional, transparent, and road-safety-oriented purchasing experience. This role does not merely sell products but builds trust and delivers preventive/corrective maintenance. It is a profile of "dirty hands and commercial mindset". **Education and Experience Requirements** * Experience: Minimum 3 years in mechanical workshops or tire shops, with direct customer interaction (not only in the yard). * Education: Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field. * Physical condition: Willingness for continuous operational work and use of heavy tools. **Responsibilities:** **A. Commercial and Customer Service Area (40%)** * Reception and Prospecting: Greet customers, build trust, and identify cross-selling opportunities (e.g., if visiting for tires, inspect brakes). * Quotation: Professionally explain the estimate to the customer, justifying the technical importance of the repair. * Closing and Payment: Ensure transaction completion and confirm the customer understands the warranty coverage for installed items. **B. Technical and Operational Area (60%)** * Master Diagnosis: Conduct test drives or ramp inspections to identify faults in suspension, clutch, or brakes. * Mechanical Execution: Personally perform (or support technicians in performing) preventive services, tire replacements, mounting, balancing, and major repairs (clutch, brakes). * Quality Control: Ensure the vehicle leaves the branch in better condition than upon arrival by conducting the final safety check.
