Ensure operational continuity, organizational discipline, safe working conditions, and compliance with quality guidelines. Acting as the operational liaison between production areas and company management. **Main responsibilities:** Verify that production areas have sufficient personnel, functionally trained and qualified. Validate the availability of required inputs to meet scheduled production. Monitor optimal operation of areas and machinery. Reassign personnel among areas in response to operational contingencies. Receive, accompany, and evaluate new staff until their full integration into the area and assigned tasks. Address staff incidents and channel them to the corresponding department. Conduct plant walkthroughs jointly with the security department to detect and prevent unsafe acts and conditions. Prepare and submit operational and incident reports to the respective management departments.
