To support our extraordinary teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking to hire a **Production Supervisor** located at **Guadalajara, North Campus.**
Reporting to the **Operations Manager**, the **Production Supervisor** is responsible for supporting and overseeing production lines, ensuring proper utilization of human resources, materials, planning, machinery, and time to correctly execute production plans.
**What a typical day looks like:**
* Monitor the daily production plan.
* Responsible for producing across various processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
* Lead a team composed of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
* Review plant operational performance daily and periodically, advising on changes to operating conditions to improve efficiency and quality.
* Analyze and resolve operational issues.
* Hold periodic conversations with operators to monitor performance and enhance understanding and operational capability.
* Receive and evaluate ideas for plant improvements and collaborate with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.
**Experience we seek to add to our team:**
* Completed Engineering and/or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience in a similar position.
* Experience in Assembly Processes.
* Knowledge of Production Control Systems (serials, flows, traceability).
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
* Flexible working hours.
* People management experience.
* Familiarity with repair area and Flex Flow handling.
* Tracking and closing production orders.
