If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- To support our exceptional teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking to hire a **Production Supervisor** located at **Guadalajara, North Campus.** Reporting to the **Operations Manager**, the **Production Supervisor** is responsible for supporting and overseeing production lines, ensuring proper use of human resources, materials, planning, machinery, and time to execute production plans correctly. **What a typical day looks like:** * Monitor daily production plans. * Responsible for producing across multiple processes/lines in a highly technical environment. * Lead a team comprised of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements. * Review plant operational performance daily and periodically, advising on operational condition changes that enhance efficiency and quality. * Analyze and resolve operational issues. * Hold regular conversations with operators to monitor performance and improve operational understanding and capability. * Receive and evaluate ideas for plant improvements and collaborate with qualified engineers to develop project proposals. **Experience we seek to add to our team:** * Completed Engineering degree and/or Bachelor’s degree. * Experience in a similar position. * Experience in Assembly Processes. * Knowledge of Production Control Systems (serials, flows, traceability). * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Flexible working hours. * People management experience. * Knowledge of repair area and Flex Flow handling. * Track and close production orders. **What you’ll receive for your outstanding work:** * Competitive salary. * Life and GMM insurance. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). * Meal vouchers. * Savings fund.
