About the position: In this role, you will be responsible for directing and supervising base operations, guaranteeing that receiving, sorting, inventory management, and shipping processes meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will play a key role in ensuring proper product flow and strong team performance. Main responsibilities: \- Coordinate and supervise daily base operations, from receiving to shipping. \- Manage inventories, control losses, and improve efficiency in sorting processes. \- Lead and motivate the team, promoting discipline and commitment. \- Ensure achievement of production, quality, and operational cost targets. \- Implement performance metrics and indicators (KPIs). \- Coordinate logistics actions and administrative controls within operations. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree desirable). \- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or production, preferably in the food, agricultural, or manufacturing industries. \- Proven leadership experience managing teams. \- Knowledge of inventory management, production metrics, and basic administration. \- Age: 30 to 55 years. \- Availability to work in San Juan de los Lagos, Jalisco.
