Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff involved in receiving, storing, and issuing materials to the production line; ensuring compliance with procedures in each of these areas; and ensuring proper use of work tools. What a typical workday looks like: * Maintain inventory control in the warehouse. * Material movements between external warehouses. * Receiving and issuing of materials. * Personnel supervision. * Tracking shipping instructions. * Monitoring material receipt, storage, and issuance. * Task assignment and daily metric tracking. * Addressing and following up on customer requirements. Experience we seek to add to our team: * Completed engineering degree or bachelor's degree. * Experience in this position or a similar role. * Experience in inventory management. * Experience in receiving and material issuance areas. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience in personnel management. * Knowledge of inventory handling and control, Kanban system, pull system, kitting, full reel, drip delivery, supermarket, and receiving. * FIFO inventory management. * Basic to intermediate English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of Baan and Flexflow. * Availability for Shift 3.
