Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical* *Program Manager**located in* *Guadalajara, North**Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role manages the end\-to\-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.* Responsibilities:* Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. * In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. * Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. * Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. * Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. * Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. * Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P\&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. * Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. * In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. Qualifications:* *BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience* * Product \& Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration processes. * Engineering Background: Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation. * Technology Familiarity: Knowledge of hardware development cycles, firmware/software integration, and test processes. * program management skills * Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large\-scale, technically complex programs. * Cross\-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on time and within scope. * Cost Analysis \& Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P\&L objectives. * KPI Management: Track technical and operational KPIs to ensure program health. * Risk \& Issue Management: Ability to identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans. * Project Management Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Teams. * Data Analysis Tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI for dashboards and reporting * *Advanced experience managing cross\-functional teams (CFT),* * *Solid understanding and management of Profit \& Loss (P\&L).* * *Strong client\-facing and stakeholder management skills.* * *Advanced English level* * *Nice to have NPI experience.* * Open availability within business needs What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:* Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
