Responsible for making strategic decisions that increase revenue, ensuring timely product supply to maximize sales, and coordinating the identification, monitoring, and selection of current and future suppliers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate the procurement/acquisition team. * Ensure strategic product supply to meet commercial objectives. * Develop and strengthen relationships with current and potential suppliers. * Negotiate commercial terms that maximize margin and availability. * Make decisions oriented toward revenue growth. * Analyze commercial and market information to optimize procurement. * Monitor supplier performance promptly. * Identify opportunities for improvement in supply processes. **We are looking for a candidate with:** * Solid experience in procurement, acquisition, or supply. * Experience leading teams. * Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. * Commercial focus and results orientation. * Experience in supplier development. **We offer:** * Monthly base salary * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month Experience: * Acquisition/Supply: 6 years (Preferred) * Supplier Development: 6 years (Preferred) * Supplier Negotiation: 6 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
