A flexographic and digital printing company is seeking an Operations Manager with over 8 years of experience in this role: **Profile:** **Industrial Engineer** or related degree, with **extensive experience** in the graphic arts and flexography industries, results-oriented, and capable of implementing improvements, leading teams, and ensuring quality and profitability in the production of flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, and labels. **Key Skills** * **Leadership and Communication:** Inspire teams, motivate staff, and coordinate across departments and stakeholders. * **Strategic Planning:** Oversee daily production, schedule shifts, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to the production plan. * **Analysis and Decision-Making:** Interpret data and metrics to identify improvements, reduce costs, and minimize errors. * **Problem Solving:** Address operational challenges promptly and efficiently. * **Financial Management:** Control budgets and costs, and report to senior management. * **Process Optimization:** Analyze production metrics, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * **Quality Control:** Ensure compliance with quality standards, manage customer complaints, and coordinate with the quality department. * **Technical Advisory:** Provide technical support to the sales department in developing new products and printing solutions. * **Maintenance:** Guarantee proper machine operation by ensuring the maintenance department performs its duties effectively. **Knowledge** * **Technical Knowledge:** In-depth experience operating flexographic printing plants and familiarity with associated technologies. * **Understanding of departments interacting with production and their processes:** Sales, accounting, procurement, design, warehouse, quality, and maintenance. * **Personnel Management:** Lead, motivate, and manage the team, including human resource aspects such as leave approvals and disciplinary actions. ***OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESSES ARE FREE*** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
