




**Job Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet, ensuring operational availability, cost control, and regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles (vans, trucks, forklifts, etc.). * Maintain maintenance logs, mileage/engine hours, work orders, and maintenance schedules. * Coordinate internal workshops and external vendors (scheduling, quotations, spare parts procurement). * Ensure operational availability of vehicles, minimizing downtime. * Monitor and analyze maintenance costs. * Prepare performance reports and metrics (KPIs: availability, cost per km, MTTR, among others). * Support compliance with regulations and documentation: inspections, insurance policies, permits, and safety guidelines. **Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices. * Experience tracking KPIs and controlling maintenance costs. * Planning, organizational, and leadership skills. * Vendor management and negotiation skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
