Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics, Warehouse, and Supply Chain Manager to supervise and execute logistics processes, inventory management, and supplier negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for your talent as a **Logistics, Warehouse, and Supply Chain Manager**. **Your Profile:** * Completed **Bachelor’s degree** in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Transportation, or Business Administration. * Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics (preferred). * Minimum **5 years** of experience in a similar role, including route design, and picking and packing of individual orders (B2C or B2D: business to distributor). Preferably from the **healthcare or cosmetics/beauty sectors**. * Purchase order and supplier management. Direct operational picking and packing. * Management of operational staff (from operational startup). **Specific Knowledge in:** * Negotiation and evaluation of last-mile and courier service providers. * ERP systems (Odoo, SAP B1, Bind ERP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar preferred). * Design of delivery routes and optimization of logistics costs. * Inventory control and management (FIFO, reorder points). * Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt level or higher), WMS/ERP proficiency (certifications preferred). **Some of Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Supervise and execute the picking and packing process for individual orders from distributors and their networks. * Implement organization and order methodologies (5S, FIFO, Kanban) to ensure operational efficiency from startup. * Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and recording of goods arriving from our sister manufacturing facility. * Control inventory inflows, outflows, returns, and adjustments. * Design and implement SKU-specific reorder points to prevent stockouts that could jeopardize commercial operations. * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with last-mile providers (courier services, fulfillment platforms, local delivery services in Guadalajara). * Design the most efficient routing strategy per geographic zone to reduce shipping cost per unit. * Track deliveries, manage incidents, and coordinate reverse logistics (returns and exchanges). **WE OFFER** * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday half-day.
