The **Industrial Engineering Manager** role involves responsible for managing a team of industrial engineers working on increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently. **What a typical day looks like:** * Development of work plans for civil works (timelines), electrical installations, and hydraulic installations. * Development of work plans for civil works, electrical installations, and hydraulic installations. * Development of capacity analysis based on an understanding of the entire PCBA/ SMT manufacturing and assembly process. * Line installation and release. * Manages a team of engineers and technicians to establish work measurement programs and evaluates work samples to develop standards for labor utilization. * Evaluates staff utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to define efficient utilization of workers and equipment. * Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocation work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment. * May develop management systems for cost reviews, financial planning, wage and salary administration, and job evaluation * Develops management control systems to aid financial planning and cost reviews, and design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and ensure product quality. * Design or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services, as well as defining the most efficient plant locations. * Organizes details into a broad view of the total operations and organization of Flex. * Partners with other engineering team members to design manufacturable new products * Manages initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics or related * Strong experience in a similar position in the Metals Mechanical or electronics manufacturing industry * Solid knowledge of key industrial engineering principles is essential. * Advanced English. * Microsoft Project * Reflecting projects on timelines and Gantt charts for timely activity tracking.. * Personnel Management * MS Office (Excel, PP). * Teamwork * Schedule availability To Travel. * Work under pressure. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary * Life \& Medical insurance * Christmas Bonus * Food Coupons * Saving Fund. * Life Insurance GR66 **Job Category** ---------------- Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
