




A cosmetics company is seeking a **Finance and Administration Manager.** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related economics and administration fields. Plan, organize, direct, and control the management of a company’s resources to maintain its financial health and operational viability. Prepare and analyze monthly cash flow projections and conduct weekly follow-ups to support decision-making. Prepare the company’s annual budget. Develop financial projections to support decision-making. Prepare and analyze various financial statements. Coordinate the company’s accounting process to obtain financial and accounting information for decision-making. Calculate and analyze product costs and propose selling prices to determine appropriate profit margins. Monitor and analyze invoicing, ensuring timely collections. Review supplier and customer portfolios to verify their accuracy and ensure ongoing follow-up. Conduct monthly reviews of inventory levels, considering minimum and maximum thresholds, and ensure proper procurement via purchase orders. Supervise physical warehouse inventory counts—both cyclical and monthly. Review and approve payroll calculations and ensure correct preparation of IMSS, RCV, and INFONAVIT settlement statements. Define tax criteria for all company departments; authorize payments to various suppliers (raw materials, services, payroll, taxes) to guarantee functionality across all areas. Manage fixed assets to control the company’s equity; administer the SAE and COI systems to ensure information remains up to date.
