Supervise and train staff to enhance customer experience. **Sears is Hiring a Confectionery Supervisor at Gran Plaza Gdl – Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------- SEARS GRAN PLAZA GUADALAJARA IS WAITING FOR YOU We are seeking a Confectionery Supervisor What will you do? * Ensure the confectionery section is well-stocked and organized, properly managing product shelf life and leading a trained sales team to deliver high-quality, excellent customer service. * Lead confectionery department operations, ensuring achievement of targets and adherence to quality standards. * Manage inventory control, monitor shrinkage and product expiration to optimize resources. * Maintain contact and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and favorable commercial terms. * Supervise and train department staff, motivating a team focused on delivering outstanding customer service. * Drive sales of candies, chocolates, and snacks, guaranteeing an attractive and satisfying shopping experience for customers. Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Minimum 1 year as a department head or supervisor in food-related departments; if you have experience at McDonald’s, Subway, Domino’s Pizza, Starbucks, cinemas, etc., this vacancy is for you. Preference given to candidates who have worked as supervisors in cinemas, cafeterias, supermarkets, handling sales, inventory, shrinkage control, and staff supervision. Experience in food and beverage departments is preferred.
