Knowledge and experience in key areas such as: Sales • Collections • Customer Service • Inventory Management Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure * Training responsibilities * Asset management * Cash handling * Customer service * Problem solving * Effective communication * Decisive and firm personality Preferred qualifications: * Motorcycle or pickup truck operation * Familiarity with the area surrounding the store Willingness to undergo training at various branches according to the training plan. Desirable: High school diploma or higher education.
