Job Summary The Maintenance Technician (Automated Equipment) will be located in Guadalajara Norte. Here are some examples of the activities you will perform: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and applications on the production floor. * Gathering project requirements on the production floor. * Taking measurements of parts and stations. * Developing and assembling structures (profile cutting, drilling and tapping, assembling stations and mechanisms, etc.). * Assembling electrical panels, routing stations, and installing pneumatic systems. * Integrating automation cells and/or semi-automated workstations. * Operating robots and teaching points. * Operating machine vision systems. * Programming PLCs. * Operating 3D printers for prototyping. * Designing prototypes and conducting proof-of-concept tests. * Supporting validation and release of new automation cells into production. * Supporting documentation of released projects (manuals, diagrams, technical drawings). * Interfacing with suppliers. Knowledge and Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * PLC programming. * Robot programming. * Machine vision system programming. * Troubleshooting and repair skills for machinery. * Interfacing with suppliers. * Use of workshop tools. * Use of measuring tools. * Operation of 3D printers. * Knowledge of electronics and electrical systems. * Knowledge of pneumatics. * Knowledge of mechanical systems.
