Job Summary To support our exceptional teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking to hire a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, Campus Norte. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing a production line, ensuring proper utilization of human resources, materials, machinery, and time to execute production plans effectively. A typical day includes: * Monitoring daily production plan. * Managing and developing direct reports. * Responsible for packaging area processes. * Bottleneck analysis. * Hourly schedule adherence. * Work order closure. * Leadership and communication skills. * Effective analysis and resolution of operational issues. * Monitoring packaging output. * Tracking WIP (over 7 days) and TML. Experience we seek to add to our team: * Completed degree in Engineering or related field. * Experience in low- and high-volume manufacturing. * Experience in electronics, PTH, and box-build. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Familiarity with production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * Personnel management experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * ERP knowledge (WD and KRONOS) is a plus. * Proactive and initiative-driven approach to continuous improvement. * Basic Excel proficiency. * 5S methodology.
