Administrative tasks: petty cash management, customer service, expense reporting, procurement and administration of supplies. **Job Responsibilities** Manage and control petty cash, ensuring proper recording of expenses. Provide reception and customer service, routing their requests to the appropriate department. Validate and record warehouse withdrawals, verifying correct documentation for all movements. Manage procurement and supply of necessary operational supplies. Prepare and monitor departmental expense reports. Issue and control invoices.
