A technology company is seeking a Monitoring Operator. Desirable: experience in monitoring and satellite tracking, incident reporting, and security protocols. **Responsibilities** * Verify and follow up on incident(s) recorded in the delivery/receipt form * Respond to incidents occurring during your shift * Responsibly handle customer emergency requests * Record information about all events in the logbook * Perform interaction procedures with the geolocation team and platform * Route customer technical support requests to Technical Support according to company timelines, methods, and guidelines * In case of confirmed theft, activate the ANERPV \- CENTINELA recovery protocol: Register the theft event on the platform via Web Service interconnected with your platform; if the CENTINELA platform is not operational, register it by telephone. * Communicate with the monitoring center or relevant authorities via telephone call. * Generate reports * Reactive and proactive sweeps and monitoring (virtual custody) of units via tracking platform **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience * Completed or incomplete high school education * Pro\-active * Responsible * Knowledge of geolocation software operation * Rotating shift * Flexible schedule **Benefits** * Gross salary of $10,000 * Bonus ($3000\.00 to $4000\.00\) * 10% of gross salary as food vouchers **Rotating Schedule:** * Includes weekends * Rotating Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
