Create architectural drawings and renders. Design and preparation of blueprints. Knowledge of projects to coordinate, their requirements and status. Follow-up on all project stages. Manage and coordinate construction, remodeling, building, finishes, tiling, ceilings, walls, glazing, doors, furniture, sanitary facilities, etc. Supervision of contractors and workers under command. Ensure that the project complies with the standards stipulated in the master plan for authorization before government authorities. Quotation with suppliers and materials. Make technical decisions for proper execution of work. Desirable knowledge in preparation of single-line diagrams, contracts with CFE, electrical installations. Software knowledge and skills: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel, AUTOCAD, SketchUp 3D, Project. Salary: $20,000 to 25,000 net per month + statutory benefits.
