




Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to convert leads into opportunities, expand relationships, and manage key accounts in hospitality, events, and B2B partnerships. Environment conducive to networking and business relationships Regional Account Manager **Your Responsibilities** * Convert leads into off-site opportunities (strategic revenue). * Expand existing relationships and develop new partnerships/preferred agreements. * Prospect, research, and network to build regional sales pipeline. * Develop and follow up on accounts and partners (agencies, planners, DMCs, etc.). * Reactivate inactive business as a recurring initiative. * Record activities and ensure pipeline traceability in CRM/tools (emails, calls, meetings, site inspections). **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. * 3–5 years of commercial experience in hospitality, events, audiovisual services, or B2B partnerships. * Experience managing key accounts and negotiating at executive level. * Knowledge of the MICE industry and hotel commercial processes. * Proficiency with CRM/pipeline tracking and reporting. * Preferred: familiarity with audiovisual solutions and production. * Skills: communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, results orientation, and organization. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to generate immediate impact in the industry. * Promotion of autonomy and self-management of assigned activities and objectives. * Environment conducive to networking and business relationships * Fully salaried compensation structure: base salary + commissions + bonuses. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Travel allowances Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $1.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Gym discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * MICE Events: 3 years (Mandatory) Willingness to Travel: * 50% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
