Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and creative candidate to support the tactical execution of our digital strategy, ensuring a strong presence across digital channels through professional content creation and operational management. The primary objective is to ensure a strong presence across digital channels through professional content creation and operational management of social media and advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities * **Multimedia Content Production:** Design high-quality graphic assets and edit audiovisual materials for various platforms. * **Social Media Management (Community Management):** Manage the digital community, ensuring flawless customer service with excellent spelling and a conversion-focused approach. * **Digital Advertising Implementation:** Assist in configuring and segmenting campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads under supervision. * **Analysis and Reporting:** Monitor key KPIs (clicks, reach, interactions) to generate monthly reports and optimization proposals. Required Technical Profile * **Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Mandatory):** \* **Photoshop and Illustrator:** Intermediate/advanced level for photo retouching, layout design, and vectorization. * **Video Editing:** Fluent use of **Adobe Premiere Pro** (or Sony Vegas) for creating reels, TikToks, and corporate videos. * **Digital Platforms:** Familiarity with Meta’s Business Suite and content scheduling tools. * **Soft Skills:** Visual creativity, persuasive writing (copywriting), and organizational ability to meet content calendars. Desired Competencies * Interest in the industrial or construction sector (preferred). * Ability to synthesize and interpret metrics to propose strategic improvements.
