Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Tipo de colaborador** Trust **Objetivo del puesto** Ensure that activities related to purchasing, manufacturing, processing, analysis, validation, storage, and distribution of products are carried out in accordance with what is described in the master documents involved in the management of the Quality system, in order to provide confidence that a product or service meets specified quality requirements. **Responsabilidades y actividades** * Coordinate root cause investigations of problems; as well as propose, implement, and communicate corrective and preventive actions applied in managing improvement opportunities (Internal and External Failures) in manufacturing processes, production support areas, and critical systems; in order to prevent recurrence. * Review and approve documents (manufacturing and validation protocols and reports, trend reports, and laboratory RFE investigations). * Conduct self-inspection walkthroughs. * Monitor execution of Change Controls. * Manage and follow up on complaints. Experiencia * Pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, or food. * Management or handling of audits. * Manufacturing of medicines or medical devices. Conocimientos * National and international pharmaceutical / medical device regulations (COFEPRIS, INVIMA, FDA, or similar). * Processes and tools for corrective actions, problem solving, and root cause analysis. * Understanding of closed-system processes.
