If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Master Scheduler** located in Guadalajara, **North Campus.** Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Direct the **Master Scheduler** role involves… maintaining materials/purchasing data, supplying data and information to other production departments, coordinating FCST, directly contact with the customer. **What a typical day looks like:** * *Lead material activities, responsible to support our CFT ensuring the ability of materials to achieve timely build.* * *Communication with the customer on supply chain issues, follow\-up material requirements, analysis and elaboration of reports like clear to build report, What if scenarios, additional charges control \& claim E\&O claim.* * *Manage and control KPIs such as AP, MRB, excess \& obsoletes, UPPVs, DRs, and key process* *indicators\- Assistsin* *auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics, and charts based on the analysis of data. Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.* * *Manage procurement/planning process for TLA \& PCBA level, a mix of independent and dependent demand* * *Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.* * *May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.* * *Challenges and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.* * *May support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling.* * *Where applicable, suggest process/* *communicationimprovements* *relative to metric tracking activities.* **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * *Bachelor´s Degree.* * *Experience Mid or Sr in materials, planning, purchasing, supply chain.* * *Bilingual (Business English).* * *Knowledge in dependent demand and independent demand.* * *BAAN and Agile systems.* * *Kinaxis.* * *BOM's Materials.* * *Demand planning.* * *Experience in Customer Service.* * *Planning and acquisition of Top Levels and PCBA's materials.* * *Advanced excel.* **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary * Life \& Medical insurance * Christmas Bonus * Food Coupons * Saving Fund. * Life Insurance.
