Position Summary: We are seeking a Polyethylene Process Inspector with experience in flexible packaging to ensure quality and compliance with specifications for raw materials and extruded products. We are looking for the newest member of our team: **POLYETHYLENE PROCESS INSPECTOR.** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school. * Experience: 2 years as a Polyethylene Operator or Analyst. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of current Quality and Food Safety Management Systems. * Easy access to the work area "Col. La Tijera, Tlajomulco" (behind Walmart Palomar). **Responsibilities:** * Verify raw material quality certificates against specifications. * Validate established measurement parameters for raw materials. * Maintain electronic records of raw material inspections. * Release resin hoppers prior to discharging into silos. * Release raw materials on pallets and/or boxes for storage and subsequent production use. * Archive quality certificates for received raw materials. * Identify non-conforming raw materials as NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and notify management. * Retain physical samples of received resins and additives for 3 months. * Perform startup releases for production orders or formulation changes. * Conduct internal inspections of extruded rolls to determine release status. * Perform laboratory tests on extruded films as required. * Release rolls sent for reprocessing. * Maintain electronic records of measured parameters for extruded rolls. * Identify the status of extruded rolls based on inspection results. * Keep markers with solutions readily available to verify treatment of polyethylene films. * Retain physical samples of extruded rolls from the current year and the previous year. * Support traceability exercises with required documentation. **We Offer:** * Tax-free weekly salary: $2,343 * Weekly grocery vouchers: $293 * Savings fund: 10% * Monthly productivity bonus: $3,000 * 20-day year-end bonus * Statutory benefits * Profit-sharing * Subsidized cafeteria If you are interested, apply through this channel to receive more information and schedule an interview directly at our offices, or contact us via WhatsApp at 33 3016 4218\.
