Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant to supervise and validate accounting operations, perform financial closings, reconciliations, and fixed asset control, supporting financial management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in general accounting, financial closings, and audits. 2. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel to optimize financial processes. 3. Ongoing support in developing accounting policies and procedures. We are a Mexican company with over 10 years of experience, specializing in solutions that optimize production, assembly, packaging, and continuous improvement processes. Due to our growth, we seek to incorporate a professional into our team for the General Accountant position. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree conferred) * Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Accountant or similar role * Solid knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), and tax withholdings * Experience in financial closings, audits, and inventory management * Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel (intermediate–advanced level) **Main Responsibilities:** General Accounting * Record, supervise, and validate the company’s accounting transactions. * Prepare monthly and annual financial closings. * Perform accounting and bank reconciliations. * Execute clean-up procedures for accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Manage fixed assets, including recording depreciation and amortization. * Support the Administration and Finance Management in preparing trial balances, financial statements, cost analyses, and expense reports. * Analyze variances in financial reports. * Participate in developing and updating departmental policies and procedures. * Promptly escalate deviations, failures, or omissions from established policies. * Inventory control and audits. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Educational support * Psychological support * Complimentary medical consultations * Accident-related medical expense insurance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
