





**At AMPM, we are looking for a Controller Manager** with strategic vision, results-driven focus, and technical leadership to strengthen accounting, procurement, and accounts payable management within our Strategy and Controller Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial information, efficient processes, and regulatory compliance, directly contributing to the organization's strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in accordance with Mexican Financial Information Standards (NIF) and corporate policies. * Implement internal controls to prevent financial and operational risks. * Supervise the complete accounts payable cycle, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies. * Coordinate with Finance on cash flow planning to ensure resource availability. * Lead procurement strategies that optimize costs and ensure quality, timely delivery, and favorable conditions. * Negotiate with key suppliers and maintain strong, sustainable relationships. * Control procurement and operating expense budgets, analyze variances, and propose improvements. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * 2 to 5 years of experience in controller functions, accounting, or corporate finance. * Solid knowledge of NIF/IFRS, internal audit, and financial risk control. * Advanced Excel proficiency and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau desirable). * Experience with accounting-financial ERP systems (SAP desirable). * Analytical skills, results orientation, technical leadership, and strategic vision. * Willingness to travel (monthly frequency). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary aligned with experience. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the Strategy and Controller Department. * Collaborative work environment focused on efficiency, continuous improvement, and compliance.
