Development of training materials **TRAINER – TLAQUEPAQUE GDL** Salary: $12,000 gross monthly + $2,000 bonus **Location:** Las Liebres neighborhood **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Job Description:** We are looking for a Trainer to join our team, responsible for training and developing technical staff while ensuring compliance with operational and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Experience as a trainer or instructor * Knowledge of telecommunications (preferred) * Group facilitation skills * Strong verbal communication skills * Bachelor's degree (preferred) **Responsibilities:** * Train installation technicians * Evaluate staff performance * Develop training materials * Monitor onboarding of new hires **We Offer:** * Base salary of $12,000 gross monthly * Monthly bonus of $2,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * IMSS coverage starting from the third month Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
