




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to define procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate marketing and sales activities in the wine and liquor sector. Key Highlights: 1. Define procurement strategies for wine, distilled spirits, and beer categories. 2. Negotiate prices, discounts, and commercial terms with suppliers. 3. Coordinate promotions, tastings, and events with marketing and sales. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum Experience: 5 years in procurement or category management within retail, including experience with domestic suppliers and imports, and management across multiple branches or regions. Required Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial topics (sales, business development, marketing, commercial team development, market research, processes, and strategic planning). Diplomas or certifications in wine, liquor, or procurement (e.g., WSET, sommelier) are desirable. Key Responsibilities: Define procurement strategies by category for domestic and imported wines, distilled spirits, and craft beers. Negotiate prices, discounts, rebates, and commercial terms. Plan optimal inventory levels to avoid overstock or stockouts. Achieve gross margin, inventory turnover, and working capital targets. Coordinate promotions, tastings, and events with marketing and sales. Conduct competitive analysis and omnichannel price monitoring (specialty stores, wholesale, e-commerce).
