If you are a person passionate about service, who works well in teams, enjoys continuous learning and discipline, this is a great opportunity! **Internal Auditor** How can you join our team? * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, * Proficiency in data analysis tools, * Knowledge of and experience applying NIFs (Financial Information Standards) and NIAs (International Auditing Standards). * 2–3 years of experience in roles focused on application design. What are the main responsibilities? * Collaborate, execute, and actively follow up on the compliance audit program within the defined scope, identifying regulatory, legal, and statutory non-compliance issues as well as high-impact opportunity areas across any department of the group companies. * Execute the work plan focused on ensuring accounting figures and legal and regulatory compliance supporting the group’s financial statements. * Prepare and present the Internal Audit Report, incorporating findings and following up on observations with department heads and process owners. * Clearly identify and communicate high-impact areas of opportunity and regulatory, legal, and statutory risks. * Foster synergy across all departments to ensure implementation of remediations arising from audits. * Manage team members and assigned resources (talent and budget), supporting their professional development by identifying improvement opportunities and managing team competency development.
