Job Summary: Machinery operator responsible for loading, unloading, merchandise organization, and safe maintenance and operation of forklifts, ensuring inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safe and efficient forklift operation 2. Cargo handling and warehouse organization 3. Daily equipment inspections and risk prevention * **Machinery Operation:** Safely and efficiently operate electric or internal combustion forklifts. * **Cargo Handling:** Load and unload goods onto trailers, racks, or production areas. * **Inventory Control:** Move, stack, and organize products in warehouses to support inventory accuracy. * **Safety and Maintenance:** Conduct daily equipment inspections (checklists), including oil levels, brakes, horns, and leaks. * **Risk Prevention:** Adhere to speed limits, wear seat belts, and follow protocols to prevent accidents involving pedestrians and cargo damage.
