If you have a service-oriented mindset, enjoy teamwork, are passionate about continuous learning, and value discipline… *This is your opportunity!* **DIGITAL COMMERCE TRAINING COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field** * **3–5 years of experience** in training (ideally in digital commerce, logistics, or call centers) * Knowledge of **digital tools and e-commerce processes** * **Willingness to travel** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * ✔ Conduct **training needs assessments** to strengthen competencies and technical skills in the Digital Commerce area. ✔ **Develop and implement the annual training plan**, aligned with departmental objectives and allocated budget, delivering both in-person and virtual sessions. ✔ **Develop training content, courses, and instructional materials**, utilizing internal resources to enable rapid and effective learning. ✔ Ensure **compliance with legal regulations** regarding training by generating and submitting required documentation to competent authorities. ✔ Manage the **departmental budget**, including monthly reporting and efficient resource control. ✔ Prepare **periodic reports** on progress, metrics, position-specific training, satisfaction levels, and improvement opportunities.
