Report incidents to guarantee product quality and operational efficiency. **Job Description** We are a company with over 20 years of market experience, specializing nationally in the design and manufacturing of custom closets. We are currently seeking a **Shipping Assistant** to support us in ensuring that every shipment complies with the loading order and delivery timelines, while supervising careful handling and packaging of products to ensure finished goods arrive at the end customer in perfect condition. **Responsibilities** * *Component verification:* Physically verify the system against the bill of materials. * *Visual inspection:* Confirm components show no scratches, chipped edges, or adhesive stains prior to packing. * *Hardware validation:* Ensure each system includes the required number of packages. * *Product preparation:* Assemble pallets. * *Job verification:* Label each package with the customer name, job number, and total number of packages comprising the complete system. * *Strategic loading:* Arrange pallets inside the transport vehicle. * *Cargo securement:* Use straps and cardboard spacers to prevent furniture from shifting or vibrating during transit. * *Loading area organization:* Maintain the finished goods area clean and organized by order to avoid confusion. * *Incident reporting:* Immediately notify the production department of any missing or damaged components detected during the shipping process. **Knowledge and Competencies** \- Forklift operation (preferred). \- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. \- Basic inventory control knowledge. \- Attention to detail. \- Organized. \- Responsible. \- Punctual. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Monthly bonuses for KPI achievement. Salary: $11,000\.00 per month.
