Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based employee**Position Objective** Contribute to the successful execution of medication and product delivery programs by managing required resources and documentation, adhering to established quality guidelines, safeguarding profitability, and promoting continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Ensure timely dispatch of delivery units corresponding to customer requests for medication supply, thereby guaranteeing uninterrupted supply, meeting established delivery timelines, and maintaining customer satisfaction. * Manage documentation confirming medication delivery to our customers to ensure traceability of information regarding completed deliveries. Experience * Logistics processes: 1 year * Data control: 1 year * Data entry: 6 months Knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic Excel skills including data entry, workbook formatting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP). * Electronic invoicing.
