We are seeking a Construction Payroll Specialist to manage, calculate, and process piece-rate payroll for construction workers, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper personnel file administration.

Within our team, we are looking for a **Construction Payroll Specialist** who will support the accurate management, calculation, and processing of construction worker payroll under the **piece-rate payment scheme**, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations, as well as proper administration of onboarding, payroll incidents, and personnel files.
**Main Requirements**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field.
* **Minimum Experience:** 1 year managing payroll, preferably in construction or piece-rate environments.
* **Knowledge:**
* Payroll system (**Nomipaq**).
* Basic Excel and Office / Google Suite.
* Payroll calculation.
* Regulations related to **IMSS, LFT, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT**.
* Proficiency with **IDSE, SUA, and SIROC**.
* ERP system experience (desirable).
**Key Responsibilities**
* Register and process weekly piece-rate payment amounts in the payroll system.
* Record payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, etc.).
* Verify and apply withholdings and deductions according to current labor regulations.
* Compile and safeguard personnel files for construction workers.
* Manage IMSS registrations, terminations, and personnel changes via IDSE.
* Assign worker-employer contribution quotas to the project’s **SIROC**.
* Support compliance with obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
