A prominent company in the sector is seeking a **“On-Site Payroll Specialist”** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration. * Knowledge of severance payment calculations, payroll processing, basic accounting topics, management of meal vouchers, and commissions. * Organized GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Calculation and management of severance payments. * Control and payment of meal vouchers and commissions. * Coordination of delivery and activation of cards for commission payments. * Training and follow-up on card activations. * Completion and submission of internal files for process tracking. * Compliance with internal policies and established deadlines.
