Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost Analyst to ensure the timely implementation of proposals and manage budgets within a technology solutions company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage budget analysis and preparation 2. Negotiate with suppliers and register projects 3. Create and administer cost and supplier catalogs A technology solutions, services, and products provider is looking for: ***Cost Analyst*** Objective: "Ensure timely and appropriate implementation of proposal requests, meeting established deadlines and required specifications. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field * Experience: 2 years in companies of similar nature * Valid driver's license * Willingness to travel **Competencies:** * Initiative * Analytical thinking * Independent reasoning * Negotiation and communication * Effective communication * Honesty and professional ethics **Knowledge:** * Intermediate unit cost expertise * Proficiency in Neodata or similar software * Microsoft Office suite * AutoCAD **Job Responsibilities:** * Budget analysis and preparation * Supplier negotiation * Register projects with manufacturers * Track and meet proposal delivery timelines * Maintain a proposal delivery calendar * Create and administer the cost catalog based on historical proposal experience * Administer proposal control platforms (Monday and Drive) * Create and administer the supplier catalog for budget requests * Create and maintain Sistemi\-K Master Database of costs * Support on-site surveys to identify requirements for new projects * Create AutoCAD drawings based on survey data * Generate work scopes and/or volumetric estimates for quotation **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000 MXN per month, tax-free * Statutory benefits * Direct employment (100% payroll) * Personal and professional growth plan * Ongoing training * Performance-based bonuses Interested candidates should submit an updated CV Location: Near Gran Plaza Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Level of proficiency in unit costs * Do you use Neodata and AutoCAD? * Years of experience in similar positions * Does the offered salary meet your salary expectations?
