Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage merchandise, inventory, serve customers, and organize the sales floor at TIENDAS FIX, GRUPO TRUPER. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities Receive goods Manage discrepancies (physical count vs. invoice) Supply stock to the sales floor SAP knowledge Handle customer service activities at the point of sale Guide customers Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales area Face and arrange merchandise Maintain cleanliness of the work area Label and signpost products. · Requirements Prior experience in customer service or sales. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or storage operations. Basic knowledge of products and services offered by GRUPO TRUPER (not mandatory). Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
