Unlike a traditional software development role, your primary responsibility will be ensuring operational continuity at the plant by managing networks and servers, and providing support to critical departments such as Materials, Finance, and Human Resources. **Key Responsibilities (Focus on Support & Infrastructure)** * **Support & Operations:** Provide second-level IT support and ensure uninterrupted operation of core servers and plant computing equipment. * **Network Infrastructure:** Maintain and optimize local and wide-area networks (LAN/WAN), coordinating upgrades to structured cabling and communication equipment. * **Cybersecurity:** Proactively monitor systems to prevent and resolve network security threats. * **Development & Analysis:** Implement and maintain local applications and programs that optimize business processes (focus on enhancing existing tools). * **Telecommunications:** Plan and manage voice and data systems. * **Training:** Train users on company operating systems and enterprise applications. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Proven experience in server administration, networking, and software requirements analysis within industrial environments. * **English:** **Advanced (80% or higher)**.
