Job Summary: We are seeking a personnel and process supervisor with experience in the metal-mechanical industry to plan production, ensure metric compliance, and coordinate maintenance. Coordination of preventive equipment maintenance This position requires a candidate with an Industrial Engineering degree (mandatory), basic English proficiency, and at least 2 years of experience as a personnel and process supervisor operating bending presses, welding equipment, and laser cutting machines within the metal-mechanical industry. Responsibilities: \* Plan production according to the weekly schedule \* Ensure compliance with the production plan and quality metrics \* Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment used in the plate process with the maintenance department \* Raw material inventory management \* Ensure availability of necessary supplies to fulfill production orders \* Track materials sent to external processes Knowledge required: Vernier caliper usage, statistical process control, laser cutting equipment, bending press operation, 5S methodology, metric system. Salary: $4200.00 initial weekly gross pay, tax-free Working hours: Biweekly rotating shifts — morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00 and evening shift from 14:00 to 21:30 Statutory benefits provided during the probation period; additional benefits upon signing the permanent plant contract.
