We are seeking **young**, dynamic, and eager-to-learn candidates—preferably recent graduates or those with limited experience—but who must have verifiable experience in courier services or operational logistics. **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------------- Track and update operational and logistics reports. Monitor shipments, incidents, delivery times, and operational performance. Support coordination and tracking of routes, vehicles, and operational compliance. Track basic operational KPIs and generate reports. Maintain constant communication with operational departments, warehouse, transportation, and customer service. Identify areas for improvement and support implementation of operational solutions. Handle administrative and operational follow-up related to the regional logistics network. **✅ Requirements:** ------------------------- Completed bachelor’s degree or recent graduation in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum verifiable experience in courier services, messenger services, or operational logistics. (MANDATORY) Personal vehicle. (MANDATORY) Intermediate Excel skills. Interest in operational analysis and indicator tracking. Proactivity, organization, and strong communication skills. Availability for dynamic work under pressure. **We Offer:** -------------- Monthly gross salary of $18,000 to $20,000 (based on experience). 10% food vouchers on base salary (capped at $2,000\).
