At **AquaMatic**, we want to bring on board an operational, dynamic, and results-oriented candidate for our Purchasing team. **What do we offer you?** * **Monthly salary:** $15,000 to $17,000 gross (total amount already includes base salary, bonuses, and meal vouchers). * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. * **Location:** Providencia neighborhood, Guadalajara, Jal. * **Stability:** A work environment with constant challenges that will drive your professional growth. **What do we require from you?** * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Commerce, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in similar roles (purchasing, logistics, or administration). * **Tools:** **Mandatory ERP system proficiency**, and intermediate-level **Excel skills** (pivot tables and formulas). * **Key competencies:** Clear and direct communication, strong sense of urgency, meticulous organization, negotiation ability, and tolerance for pressure. **Your mission within the team** You will be responsible for ensuring timely supply through efficient execution of administrative processes and prompt follow-up with suppliers and purchase orders. **What will you do with us?** * **Procurement Management:** Handle purchase requests from various departments and generate purchase orders in the ERP system. * **Negotiation and Analysis:** Prepare comparative quotation charts and support basic price and condition negotiations. * **Logistics Control:** Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and sales points, resolving incidents such as supplier delays or errors. * **Proactive Tracking:** Maintain an updated supplier database and ensure strict adherence to delivery timelines.
