Train leaders and teams on continuous improvement culture. **Grupo Serrano is seeking a Project Coordinator in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Objective** ----------------------- Coordinate, design, and implement strategic productivity and operational efficiency projects across Grupo Serrano's various business units, applying continuous improvement and process control methodologies (preferably Lean Six Sigma), to ensure cost reduction, resource optimization, increased profitability, and alignment with the group's sustainability and circular economy principles. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Identify improvement opportunities in administrative, operational, and production processes. * Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or hybrid methodologies. * Map processes (AS\-IS / TO\-BE) and design optimization proposals. * Implement tools such as: + DMAIC + VSM (Value Stream Mapping) + 5S + Kaizen + SMED + Statistical Process Control (SPC) * Define, measure, and track operational and financial KPIs. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams during project execution. * Ensure control and standardization of implemented processes. * Generate executive reports on progress, savings, and results. * Train leaders and teams on continuous improvement culture. * Ensure projects contribute to energy efficiency, waste reduction, and achievement of sustainability goals. * Conduct post\-implementation follow\-up to ensure sustainability of results. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * lean manufacturing * six sigma *This vacancy is sourced from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69952c703500003500ca883f\&source\=indeed*
