Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Technician/Mold Assembler to start up machinery, document incidents, ensure low scrap rates, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Start up machinery and peripheral equipment at the beginning of the work shift. 2. Ensure a low/zero scrap rate due to part adjustment during production. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. **Job Description:** At Plastitrim, we manufacture plastic products for industrial and household applications; due to our growth, we are seeking: **Process Technician/Mold Assembler** **Main Responsibilities:** * Start up machinery and peripheral equipment at the beginning of the work shift. * Start up high-frequency machines. * Start up extrusion machines. * Document effective time required to resolve various incidents. * Ensure a low/zero scrap rate due to part adjustment during production. * Perform preventive maintenance. * Perform corrective maintenance. **Specific Knowledge Requirements:** * Knowledge of injection molding, high-frequency, extrusion, and thermoforming machine operations. * Advanced knowledge of injection mold components and their functionality. * Intermediate knowledge of plastic resins and their behavior: PP, ABS, Nylon, Acetal, Soft PVC, Rigid PVC. * Advanced knowledge of injection molds, hot runner and cold runner systems. * Experience in coordinating or supervising operational staff is desirable. **Employment Type: Full-time** Salary: $20,600 monthly gross, broken down as follows: * **Base Salary**: $17,200 monthly. * **Food Vouchers**: $925 monthly. * **Savings Fund**: $1,180 monthly. * **Bonus**: $1,300 monthly (based on punctuality, attendance, and productivity).
