The role involves optimizing processes and implementing technical solutions to maximize operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage process improvement projects. Coordinate with various departments to implement changes. Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement. Propose and execute technical solutions. Participate in planning and follow-up meetings. · Responsibilities: Evaluate OEE of production lines and review improvement actions, whether corrective or preventive. Improve processes to enhance productivity and increase product profitability. Develop MPIs, flowcharts, control plans, and procedures. Implement improvement methodologies. Analyze and deliver weekly operational performance reports for the plant. Participate in the organization’s lean manufacturing processes (5S, TPM).
