Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, optimize productivity, and lead continuous improvement projects in motorcycle assembly lines. Training of operational staff on standardized processes Process Engineer Company: Veloci Motors Motorcycle Manufacturing Siglo XXI Industrial Park, Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco, Jalisco Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM to 3:45 PM Friday: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Salary and Benefits Monthly base salary of $15,000 to $17,000 (depending on experience and competencies) $1,420 food vouchers Weekly payment Savings fund Subsidized cafeteria Selected transportation routes Main Responsibilities Analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes in motorcycle assembly lines. Development and updating of work instructions, procedures, and process flow diagrams. Conducting time and motion studies to optimize productivity. Production line balancing and improvement of workstation distribution. Monitoring productivity, efficiency, and process quality indicators. Implementation of continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction and resource optimization. Training of operational staff on standardized processes and work methods. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, and continuous improvement. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Analytical ability, improvement orientation, and teamwork skills.
