Human Resources Assistant Corporate Zone \| Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. A prestigious company is seeking an Administrative Human Resources Assistant with strong attention to detail to support the proper execution of internal HR processes, document control, incident tracking, and safety and hygiene activities. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative HR roles. * Proficiency in Excel. * Basic knowledge of payroll and the Federal Labor Law. * NOMI software experience is desirable. * Organized, responsible, proactive individual with a service-oriented attitude. Responsibilities: * Reviewing time clock records and attendance control. * Managing and updating employee personnel files. * Managing vacations, employment contracts, and staff documentation. * Recording incidents in the NOMI system. * Preparing administrative minutes and liability acknowledgments. * Tracking employee loans and related documentation. * Preparing HR reports and metrics. * Supporting safety and hygiene activities (logs, inspections, and internal controls).
