Our products—present across a wide range of domains—contribute to improving the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** As part of the Security Integrated Solutions team at Bosch, we are seeking an **Operations and Technical Support Engineer** with interest in electronic security technologies and a focus on operational support, maintenance, and continuity of critical services. This position will participate in executing preventive and corrective activities, providing technical support to users, and validating technological infrastructure across various Bosch plants in Mexico, working closely with the engineering lead and specialized vendors. Key Responsibilities * Provide first- and second-level technical support for electronic security systems (CCTV, intrusion, access control, fire alarm, and public address). * Execute and track preventive and corrective maintenance on-site and remotely. * Support basic administration of security-related technological infrastructure: servers, software, backups, UPS, switches, and storage. * Perform basic configurations, monitoring, and operational validation of Bosch platforms and other security systems. * Assist in diagnosing and resolving connectivity, hardware, and software failures per established procedures. * Document technical activities, service evidence, reports, and inventory updates. * Participate in technical audits and validations of installation and operational standards. * Track warranties, RMAs, and perform basic management of spare parts and equipment. * Support the implementation team during project commissioning and initial validations. * Ensure compliance with defined operational procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs). **Qualifications** * Engineering or technical degree in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field. * Interest in electronic security technologies and networking. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of CCTV, networking, Windows servers, and technical troubleshooting. * Ability to document activities and work with defined processes. * Availability for plant visits and occasional after-hours support in case of critical incidents. * Basic to intermediate technical English. Desirable * Basic knowledge of Bosch platforms (BVMS, BIS, Access Management, etc.). * Prior experience in technical support, service desk, maintenance, or infrastructure. * Basic networking knowledge (VLANs, switches, IP addressing). **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
