




Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize transportation, manage routes, document shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and supervise personnel while maintaining logistics performance indicators. Personnel management and maintenance of logistics KPIs REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience • Personnel management experience • SAP 1 experience preferred • Completed high school diploma • Flexible availability for working hours RESPONSIBILITIES Selection and optimization of in-house and third-party transportation. - Generation and optimization of local and national routes. - Documentation of shipments to customers and intercompany, including compliance with special requirements. - Ensure on-time and in-full delivery (OTIF). - Request insurance policies. - Track shipments. - Communicate shipment status. - Obtain delivery acknowledgments from customers. - Validate carrier and courier invoices and forward them to Accounts Payable. - Control logistics expenses in line with targets. - Manage shipping personnel and drivers. - Maintain databases, records, and departmental KPIs.
