Position Summary: Responsible for leading and optimizing the e-commerce channel's strategy, operations, and growth within retail chains, ensuring commercial results and operational efficiency. Lead and coordinate teams to deliver a high-level customer experience Responsible for directing the e-commerce channel's strategy, operations, and growth within retail chains, ensuring sales target achievement, proper operational execution, and integration with operations, logistics, and after-sales. Position Objective Lead and optimize digital sales across retail chains, ensuring commercial results, operational efficiency, and a high-level customer experience. Organizational Structure Reports to: E-Commerce Executive(s) Responsibilities Define sales strategy per retail chain. Ensure monthly budget compliance. Supervise catalog execution and product availability. Direct the E-Commerce Executive. Coordinate with logistics, distribution centers (CEDIS), and after-sales. Monitor sales, conversion rates, and performance. Analyze competition and market behavior. Generate executive reports. Knowledge: Digital strategy, marketplaces, advanced Excel, logistics Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. · Benefits: Salary: $18,000–$25,000 gross, commensurate with skills, experience, and aptitudes.
